Owner Pasquale “Pat” Brancato comes from a proud Southern Italian family. His parents were born and raised in the small town of Piccino, in the southernmost region of Italy, where food, family, and tradition were always at the center of everyday life.
Pat learned to cook from the best chef he knows, his mother, Rose. In her kitchen, he discovered the importance of fresh ingredients, authentic family recipes passed down through generations, and the joy of bringing people together around the table.
Those lessons continue to inspire every dish served at Vincenzo’s Pastaria today. Fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, generous portions, and a commitment to family are the traditions behind everything we make.
Our goal is simple: to serve comforting Italian food prepared with pride and welcome every guest with the same warmth we would show in our own home.
