Vincenzo’s Pastaria is led by John Bongiorno, originally from Brooklyn, NY. John grew up surrounded by family who loved cooking real, memorable meals, and his mother, born and raised in Sicily, shaped the way he thinks about flavor, freshness, and quality. Inspired by family and by his uncles who owned restaurants, John opened Vincenzo’s in 2006 and has been serving Fort Myers with the same goal ever since: make every meal taste consistent, honest, and made with the best ingredients available.
